This 1.5 hour taster workshop focuses on festive mark making drills to learn some of the key principles, foundations and techniques to enable you to create your own 'Merry Christmas' wrapping paper, matching gift tag and card to take away.

The Crafthood will bring along their Pop-Up Stationery Store so if you are bitten by the brush lettering bug, you can buy supplies as a festive treat for yourself or loved one with convenience and confidence as they only stock what is tried, tested and loved.

During the workshop and inspired by a selection of Christmas foliage including Eucalyptus, Holly & Ivy as well as help from our step by step guides, you will create a range of unique gift tags.

 

Together we will explore how to create illustrations of the inspiration in front of us, whilst working in drawing inks and acrylic paint. The mixed media colour palette will be made up of greens, neutral shades, metallic highlights and even the odd pop of neon! This workshop is for everyone and is a great way to add a personal touch to your gift wrapping this Christmas.

This therapeutic craft is making a huge comeback, cropping up everywhere from homewares to jewellery, and we're on a mission to make you a master at it. Naomi will share with you the different knotting techniques you will need to design and create your very own Christmas decorations. Don’t worry, no prior experience required - this session is perfect for beginners.

All materials will be provided to make your very own macramé decorations, which will make beautiful gifts or wonderful festive additions to your home.
